Contact us
One address, for everything — support, billing, bug reports, privacy requests and sales:
We answer during Egyptian business hours, Sunday to Thursday. There is no phone line and no live chat — email gets you a written answer you can keep.
Before you email: check the FAQ
Most questions — what a variant is, how the Arabic version works, what happens when the trial ends, how to share a set with a client — are already answered on the FAQ page. It takes two minutes and will usually be faster than waiting for a reply.
What to put in a support request
The more of this you include, the faster we can fix it:
- The email address on your workspace, and your company/brokerage name — so we can find the right account.
- The campaign or project name, and if you can, the link from your browser's address bar while you were looking at the problem.
- What you were trying to do, in plain words. "I clicked Generate and waited five minutes and nothing appeared" is more useful than "it's broken".
- What you expected instead, and what you actually saw — including the exact wording of any error message.
- A screenshot. Almost always the single most useful thing you can send.
- Your device and browser — for example "iPhone, Safari" or "Windows laptop, Chrome".
- When it happened, roughly. It helps us find the matching server logs.
Please do not email us your password. We will never ask for it, and nobody at DLight needs it to help you.
Billing
Invoices, receipts, changing your card and cancelling are all self-serve in the Stripe billing portal, reachable from inside the app. Email us if something there does not match what you expect.
Privacy and data requests
Access, correction, or deletion of your data: email the same address from the account's own email address and say what you want done. The Privacy Policy explains what we hold and how deletion works today.
Security issues
If you think you have found a security problem, email us with the details and please do not post it publicly first. We will respond and credit you if you would like.
